Biography

Matt Dillman is a shareholder and head of the firm’s real estate practice group. Matt’s practice focuses on real estate transactions, land use development, and real estate and commercial litigation. Matt’s clients include buyers, sellers, owners and developers of commercial, residential, and industrial real estate.

Matt represents clients in all phases of commercial and residential real estate transactions, including acquisitions and sales, financing, leasing, easements and access agreements.

Matt specializes in land use planning and regulation, including annexation, zoning, subdivisions, and related entitlements matters. Matt has been instrumental in a number of development projects, including the development of industrial parks, hotels, and mixed-use projects throughout the state.

Matt’s has successfully handled virtually all types of real estate litigation, including title and access disputes, real estate brokerage matters, commission disputes, mineral rights, landlord-tenant, contract and other real estate matters. Matt also has extensive experience litigating a broad range of commercial cases on behalf of small businesses, individuals, public and private companies in state and federal court.

Matt prides himself on providing great customer service and has a proven track record of bringing about excellent results for his clients.

Matt is a member of the Colorado bar and is admitted to practice in the state courts of Colorado, the United States District Court for the District of the Colorado, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit.
