Biography
Mr. Chacon’s practice focuses on commercial litigation. He represents businesses, developers, and individuals in all phases of litigation.
He received his undergraduate degree from Middlebury College (cum laude) in 2002. After receiving his undergraduate degree Mr. Chacon was a high school English teacher for two years in Arvada, Colorado. He received his Juris Doctor with honors from Emory University School of Law in 2011, where he was elected to the Order of the Coif. During law school, Mr. Chacon served as the Managing Editor for the Emory International Law Review. Mr. Chacon also served as an intern for the United States Court of Appeals, 11th Circuit, where he researched jurisdictional issues under the supervision of Hon. Frank Hull.
He is admitted to practice in Colorado.
Mr. Chacon is a member of the Colorado Bar Association, Colorado Hispanic Bar Association, and Denver Bar Association. Mr. Chacon enjoys bicycling, mountaineering, skiing, and backpacking with his family.
